The best part about the Victoria’s Secret Show wasn’t the show itself — it was the ripple effect of counter-shows that followed.

From the anti-Victoria’s Secret show that featured models of different abilities to women walking down Times Square in bras and panties, the past couple weeks were filled with displays of body positivity.

The Curvy Girl Lingerie Fashion Show is the latest show to celebrate body diversity by featuring models sized up to a 6X.

This was the brand’s fifth annual lingerie show.

Curvy Girl Lingerie specializes in plus-size undergarments, and carries sizes 14 up to a size 6X. The show was meant to celebrate women of all shapes and sizes, as well as remind people that — gasp! — plus-size women have sex.

Models strutted down the runway wearing leather, lace, and plenty of latex.

Some models even wore wings, because even angels clad in black latex deserve to fly.

Unlike Victoria’s Secret, Curvy Girl Lingerie actually caters to plus-size women.

And better yet? Nearly everything is under $100, with many items ringing in at under $50. And that’s REGARDLESS OF SIZE.

According to the press release, organizer and owner of Curvy Girl Lingerie Chrystal Bougnon works to encourage women to love their bodies at all sizes.

“She empowers customers daily to feel beautiful, unapologetic, empowered, and like sexual beings who love themselves now – not 50 less pounds from now,” the release read.

Saucyé West, among other models on the runway, proved that size 6X is sexy AF.

“I don’t need to feel fear of what people will say about me,” she told the audience during the show. “I am truly free to do whatever the hell I want to do with my body.”

YES, GIRL, YES.
