Fat is NOT a BAD word. Fat is just an adjective. It is one of the words that describes me. And, as I say in the video…. “No Shit Sherlock” when the haters try to cut me down because I am fat. “Thanks for stating the obvious, you asshole!” I wrote an article for the Huffington Post titled “I am Fat & Ridiculously Happy” I have been fat since the 3rd grade – I have had a lot of years to get use to the word!
And, guess what – you are allowed to be fat and happy! Here is another one I wrote for the HUFF PO – “It’s Ok To Be Fat. You Are Allowed.”
