Grab your besties and join us for this Girls’ Day Out at Villa Ragusa in downtown Campbell.
It’s that time of year! This year we are calling our fashion show “Shamelessly Sexy” and our runway will feature beautiful models from size 12/14 and beyond.
We will have a catered dessert bar filled with decadent yummies for you to enjoy and a cash bar!
Check out our 2016 Fashion Show on the ABC News here:
(We will not have catered appetizers this year – we are going with the cupcake/candy/cake bar buffet.)
I am also excited to share that we will have two fabulous speakers this year, too. More on this soon, but they are both Rad Fatties from our community and they love to educate and empower people of size – each in their own way. So stay tuned for more details.
This is always a blast and our event is filled with rad fatties from all over the Bay Area and beyond. We will be using two hashtags this year. #shamelessslysexy and #fatandfree
Join us and remember, the early bird always gets the best prices on tickets. NO refund. If you cannot make it, you can send someone in your place.
8/16 Updated. We Have over 58 local models already: If you would like to be considered for models, here are the instructions for applying to model for the fashion show this year: https://curvygirlinc.com/model-app-fashion-show/ It is our intention to have 45 to 60 models and we want to show our lingerie on a variety of bodies. That means we may have two to three models wearing the same item in some cases.
Invite a friend. This is such a blast each you. You do not want to miss it. (And, if you have never been in a room with over 200 other rad fatties and allies, you are missing out. It is like summer camp and a few hours of so much fun.) Lots of shopping, too. We will have our lingerie and sex toys for sale at the fashion show.
Also, we will be donating $3 from each ticket sold to NAMI.org for their Anti-bullying program. To learn more about their work, click here: http://www.namisantaclara.org/resources/bullying/ NAMI is such a fabulous organization. My family has been helped by NAME for well over 10 years in so many ways.
