I am heading to Arizona to the Body Love Conference on April 5th and I want to bring you all with me… sort of! For those of you who cannot join us in Tucson for this epic event, let’s take some selfies and show the world that we are FAT, SASSY and PROUD.
I have made some “sayings” you can use if you like. Or make your own. Print out something and hold it in your selfie. (Someone else can take your pic and you can feel free to take group pics with your friends, too.) Whatever makes you happy is good with me. Here are a few examples of something you might put in your selfie. And, you can take a body shot, a face shot, you can be wearing lingerie or just be in your clothes. Whatever you are most comfortable with, but we definitely want to see your face and we need to keep it PG rated, please. (No nip slips!)

You could grab a sharpie and say something like “Curvy, Happy & Healthy” or “#CurvyGirlProud.” “Fat, Sassy & Happy” or “Curvy and Proud. Deal with it!”
Get creative or use one of these. We may have a lot of new eyeballs on our page and I want to help show the world that, as they say on Body Love Conference – “Change Your World, Not Your Body!”
